2. Reservation and Payment
a. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to your travel start date, as specified in your booking agreement.

c. Cancellations and refund policies will be detailed in your booking confirmation and may vary depending on the travel supplier. Please review them carefully before making payment.
3. Travel Requirements
a. You are responsible for meeting all entry, exit, passport, visa, vaccination, and Real ID requirements for your trip.
b. Mosaic Travels is not responsible if you are denied boarding or entry to a destination due to failure to meet these requirements.
4. Third-Party Providers
a. Mosaic Travels acts solely as an intermediary between you and independent travel suppliers (such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators).
b. We are not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, or service disruptions caused by these suppliers or events beyond our control.
c. Any claims for service issues must be directed to the supplier; however, we will assist in facilitating communication when possible.
5. Liability and Insurance
a. You are responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or additional expense incurred during travel.
b. Mosaic Travels is not liable for personal injury, accidents, illness, property damage, delays, or other losses that occur during your travel period.
c. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
6. Limitation of Liability
a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mosaic Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Force Majeure
a. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, strikes, natural disasters, health emergencies, or airline schedule changes.
